Trinity Hospice Pride Event

unnamed (2).png

Friday 16th of June 2023.

We have partnered with Royal Trinity Hospice for an in depth discussion with a host of expert panellists on the topic of hospice care for LGBTQ+ people and what it means to live and die as yourself.

The panel will include our very own QW member Amy Prescott - a research fellow at Brunel University and part of a 3-year £1.1m ESRC-funded project exploring social health among older marginalised groups. Amy will be discussing Socially Inclusive Ageing across the Life-course.

This discussion will be followed by a lovely summer tea party in the beautiful grounds of the Hospice. We would love to see you there!

February Meet-Up

February is LGBTQ+ History Month but we know that a common thread for Queer people is to feel lonely and isolated.

We would love to hear your history - or for you to listen to other people's - share anecdotes, make friends, find your people and your community.

Come along to the Spread Eagle Pub and join us for a pint, be it of beer or juice.

Let us know you are coming here.

Christmas Party

A new name, new members, almost a new year, time to celebrate!

Queer Wandsworth, previously known as Wandsworth LGBTQ+ Forum, is happy to invite you to their Christmas social at the Spread Eagle Pub.

This will be the perfect chance to meet the new committee members, see what we have in store for you for the new year and be merry together.

We can't wait to see you!

Wednesday 14th December 2022.
